E-Portfolio STUDY SKILLS

To sum up, I gained a lot of experience. For an example, I gain a new friends during orientation week, also known as MDS (Minggu Destini Siswa). Moreover, I also experience a new life as a university student which I need to handle everything myself. Its pretty hard if you think of it, but I managed till now.

After 4 weeks learning Diploma in Animation through hybrid learning which is face-to-face and online, I learnt about many things including how to draw a realistic skeleton. I learnt this in Figure Drawing subject, our lecturer's name is Sir Aidi. Besides that, I also learnt about skull. 

In Animation History and Technology subject, we were presented with a videos of  how an animation developed day by day, year after year. It so much fun because we got to enjoy video of old animations and see how "famous" character developed day by day such as Mickey Mouse and etc. In Art History on the other hand, we were presented with a slide full of history of roman art and european art.

Other than that, we also learnt a lot in Fundamental of Design. For example, we learnt how to identify elements and principles of design, Besides, we also got to learn about color scheme, color harmonies, and etc. Lastly, we got to know about compositions.

For Illustration for Animation subject, we were given an exercise to draw 3 characters with 10 sketches each character. Here are my sketches which I am not satisfied. I need to improve myself on drawing by looking at other's work and etc.

These first 4 weeks has been great to improving my art. In order to be a good designer, I determine to work harder in the future so that I can be a successful person
